About the Promoter

Mr.Ravichandran is a result oriented finance, accounts and HR management professional, with over 25 years of experience. Being a CFO and a member of the leadership team played a significant role in driving growth plans and restructuring and turning around companies from the brink of a disaster.

Proficient in funding arrangements through banks and financial institutions, private equity, including liaising, formulation of funding strategies and decision making. Well experienced in people management, systems and controls, process management, financial statement analysis, management information systems, monitoring and evaluation of budgets, policy framework, development of systems and procedures manual, risk analysis, and working capital management.

Extensive experience in strategic planning, monitoring budget vs actuals, bring rigor, accuracy and discipline in driving monthly P&L and other management reports. Played a pivotal role in the growth of the company as an extended arm to the Managing Director.

  • Nisha is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute Of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Graduation degree in Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
  • She is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and has completed the Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection Certificate from ICAI.
  • She was previously associated with the Forensic & Integrity Services practice in Ernst & Young LLP and the Ethics & Integrity department at Bundl Technologies (Swiggy). She has conducted Fact Finding reviews, Computer Forensics Engagements, Fraud Risk Assessments, Due Diligence Projects and Forensic Audits of non-performing asset/ corporate debtors as mandated by banks.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE IN FORENSIC AUDITS

  • Performed forensic audits and fact-finding reviews on behalf of leading public sector banks in involving investigation of potential diversion of funds by its corporate customers. The NPA exposure to the consortium of banks ranging from INR 500 crores to INR 8,000 crores
  • Assisted various multi-national and Indian companies in investigating whistle-blower complaints on conflict of interest between employees and vendors, Quality Control and Capex. and quantified improper gains made

  • She has worked on FCPA reviews for several large-scale clients across various sectors wherein the assignments included assessment of current FCPA/ABAC framework, keyword-based anti-bribery anti-corruption data analytics, reviewing contracts entered into with select vendors/service providers, conducting discussions with key management personnel, checking for violations with Code of conduct clauses by employees, transaction testing and policy review
  • She was also seconded to India’s largest IT company to work as part of their compliance department wherein apart from investigating cases that were reported on their whistle-blower platform, she had also helped in streamlining their CMS application
  • As part of her experience in Industry –
    • She performed investigations and fact-finding reviews of cases escalated to Ethics & Integrity department and cases reported on WB channels. Scope of work also constituted process improvements for better compliance & redesigning of policy framework as well as conducting Fraud Risk Assessment on identified areas and intimation of the same to Audit Committee
    • She has also played an instrumental role in setting up the whistle-blower channel and has streamlined complaint handling frameworks across various departments
